The second cookie I tried was the Lemon Raspberry Filled Cookie. This is a lemon cookie with raspberry filling. This cookie had a great amount of filling. Even though it had lots of filling, I still found the lemon flavor was over powering.
Overall this cookie was just alright. I guess if you like a lot of lemon you might be into this cookie I found it more tart than sweet for sure. I will give this a 5/10.
