It is very rare that we review something new at Subway. When I saw the sign for the new Prime Rib Melt, I knew this was something I had to try.
As you can see from the picture, the chunks of meat are big, almost like slabs cut off a roast beef. I also added spinach, onion, tomato, and banana peppers. For sauce I had southwest chipotle and a little honey mustard.
Biting into the beef I found it was soft and tender and easy to chew. I really enjoyed the beef and would easily get this sandwich again. Any beef lovers out there, this is a sub for you!
