The second item I tried at Harvey’s Chili Fest was the Chili Cheese Fries. This is traditional Harvey’s french fries in a bowl similar to their poutine bowls but instead of cheese curds and gravy it has chili with shredded cheese on top.
This top down view is kinda of deceiving as from this view it looks like you get a lot of chili and cheese but in reality there is a lot of toppingless fries underneath. Similar to the Original Burger, the chili was good but very mild, and I could have used more chili and cheese!
Still I give this 7.0/10 because it was tasty and did get finished, even the bottom fries with no toppings.
