Summer is upon us and so are the summer promotions. Along with Summer Drink Days, McDonald’s also released the Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie. We already reviewed the Frozen Lemonade already.
The crust was delicious, buttery and moist. The pie was sweet from strawberry with some zip from the rhubarb. Their was little chunks of rhubarb and strawberry in the pie among the sweet gelatinous filling. Don’t let my alluring description throw you off, this was one delicious pie.
I haven’t kept an eye on McDonald’s pies for long enough, but I presume these have been around in years past. Its a great one to get back, just classic delicious fruit pie.
